This program credential is the premier certification for IT Professionals who support and users and troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system. MCDSTs are not expected to possess network administration skills.

OBJECTIVE

· Must be Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student status.

· Possesses a good command of the English language and is able to follow instructions.
